Breezy daytime dining is best spent at Azure Bar & Grill, where you can snag catch-of-the-day specials poolside, or Zest, where early risers peruse platters of Asian and Western favorites for breakfast. In the evenings, Jahn, the resort’s intimate 24-seat steakhouse, is the place for slow dinners over candlelight sharing glasses of wine and premium cuts of beef from Australia and Japan. As the nights come to a close, head over to Seakret Bar—a small beachside drinking enclave—for sunset drinks by the crashing waves of the gulf. 

 

Typical for a resort of this nature, there is more than enough to do within the property to keep you occupied during a getaway. Bask in the sun during morning yoga classes by the waves, or get your feet wet with a duo kayaking trip or paddleboarding through the calm waters nearby the beach. Conrad Koh Samui is also one of the closest resorts to the famous “pig island”, a tiny isle bizarrely filled with friendly pigs of all sizes that love head scratches and are more than willing to pose for an Instagram photo or two. Further inland on the main island, ATV tours up the mountains—passing waterfalls and jungle vistas along the way—are an absolute must for sightseers as they offer the best bird’s eye views of the island at the apex of the journey.
