As unlikely as it sounds, there are very few Japanese joints here in Bangkok that specialize in home-kneaded soba noodles. But Wabouan the venture by a partner of Langsuan’s much-loved Suikin restaurant, does just that. Portions of the fresh, springy noodle goodness, served either hot or cold. We recommend you go between 11:30am-2pm, when they offer donburi (rice bowls with different toppings) lunch sets.
