This restaurant takes its inspiration from the city of New Orleans, where the three partners, Suan Dusit graduates, had their training. The owners of the new restaurant that's taken the spot of the sadly-defunct Familia Chicken and Grill liked that place's amazing Peruvian grilled chicken (B490/whole chicken, B270/half) so much, it serves up the same recipe, among a list of other French-influenced American dishes, all in hearty portions.
