Warm up with the classic Tokyo tonkatsu ramen (B190), served with homemade noodles, tonkotsu broth, roasted pork belly, egg, bamboo shoot, and seaweed, or the spicy tan tan ramen (B250), a heady mix of bonito, asari clams, kombu, minced pork, chilies, spicy oil, and sansho pepper in a rich chicken broth.
