To a backdrop of traditional Thai pavilions amid a manicured tropical garden, impeccable wait staff bring out regional Thai specialties like  tom jin kai (Northern style chicken with mixed herbs soup) and gaeng hung le (slow-cooked pork curry with peanuts). Unlike Sala Rim Naam's set menu, you can go a la carte here. So make sure you order the lon pu talay (sea crabmeat cooked in coconut milk) and pla pla hima (mixed Thai herbs with snow fish spicy salad).
