To a backdrop of traditional Thai pavilions amid a manicured tropical garden, impeccable wait staff bring out regional Thai specialties like  tom jin kai (Northern style chicken with mixed herbs soup) and gaeng hung le (slow-cooked pork curry with peanuts).
