It’s finally here, the American sit-down dining staple with claws opened this week. You’ll find all the old favorites here—including their famed Cheddar Bay Biscuits (B250 for six) and their lobster thermidor. It’s a big slice of Americana, and not on the cheap. 

 

The new spot is in the Queen Sirikit Convention, found down the hallway on the ground floor. It’s the buttery, big plates you remember. One of the cheapest pieces of lobster you can get is the tail with aglio olio (B1,120), and you can get a live lobster thermidor for (B1,850). 

 

The big lobsters come with tableside service if you can’t mash them up yourself, and you can have a little bit of everything with the Signature Feast, featuring snow crab legs, a lobster tail, and shrimp you can lather in melted butter (B1,950). You can also grab a Chang beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails.
