The team behind Audrey restaurant group has launched a new pancake cafe. But it’s not about your familiar American or Japanese style pancakes.

Poff takes its name from mini “poffertje” pancakes, a light and spongy kind traditional to Dutch cuisine.

Here they serve them both savory and sweet, with classic sugar powder (B60), cheddar cheese and crispy bacon (B135), and many more flavors.

You can also opt for the filled variety: cheesy lava charcoal pancake (B125) or stretchy mozzarella (B125). Our pick has to be Nutella on the Rock (with Nutella, crumbles, marshmallow and nuts, B135).

They also offer the likes of apple cider soda drinks (B75).
