The restaurant on the top of Sofitel So hotel recently got a new head chef, Joost Bijster, who's unveiled a menu that eschews fine dining in favor of more casual, shareable bites. 

You can still expect delicate plating in dishes like burrato di bufala with heirloom tomatoes, pan-seared Tasmanian salmon with white asparagus, leek, fennel and hollandaise sauce, and Iberico belotta with fresh melon, as well as some top new cocktails in the adjoining rooftop bar.
