After teasing us with their delectable, limited-edition mooncakes during Mid-Autumn Festival for a few years, Hong Kong’s Maxim bakery finally arrives in Thailand full-time, albeit under a different importer, as MX Cakes and Bakery in front of Siam Paragon’s Gourmet Market.

The baking station showcases freshly-made savory and sweet hot tarts with the star being the now trending cheese tart (B65), gushing with lava cheese filling. You can also find the signature mango crispy cake (B690/1,390) on top of bread rolls, cakes and tarts.
