New pop-up business Munchies for Munchies makes sausages fresh its own smokehouse. Currently, it supplies its products to restaurants like Escapade Burgers & Shakes (lamb sausage and smoked duck sausage) and Otoro Tokyo (miso sausage and “King of Sausage,” which consists of beef and foie gras).

Its pop-up menu includes signature Gang sausage (birch wood-smoked sausage with rosemary, sage and cumin seeds, B120), served in a hot dog bun with a selection of house-made condiments, such as bacon jam and mushroom pate.
