BANGKOK RESTAURANT
Milch
Cheese cups from Yufuin are this week's trending Japanese desserts.
With the lines still long for Osaka-hailing Pablo’s cheese tarts, here's another Japanese cheesy treat driving Bangkokians wild.
Also situated on Paragon’s ground floor, Yufuin-born Milch sells nothing but the brand's specialty cheese cups (B75/cup or B414/box of six cups—limited to two boxes per person).
What’s in the red cup is reminiscent of a Japanese-style cheesecake, only with a more cake-like bottom layer and more gooey topping. No surprise, then, that the treats have a tendency to sell out early.
Thankfully there’s no crazy line here as they have a sophisticated numbering system, but you should still expect a wait for the baked goodies which are prepared on-site.
