The chocolate truffles, in-house gelatos, elaborate desserts, and fresh savory delights are either made at the Oriental Hotel's central kitchen or in the open choclate kitchen in the center. Their elaborate yet comforting blue berry cheese cake (our favorite) combines silky textures with a fluffy whipped cream cheese, fresh blueberries and a flawless crust.
