This humble little bakery packs some serious pastry surprises created by a young Japanese couple. Among their baguettes and croissants is a selection of fruit tarts. The pastry is a crispy, flakey triumph of good ingredients and the cherry topping (our favorite) with a touch of vanilla custard is bliss (B45 per piece, B199 for 5).
