Laduree Salon de The
French patisserie Laduree brings its luxurious tea house to Bangkok.
There's more to Laduree than macarons. The French patisserie has brought its Laduree Salon de The (that means tea house) to Bangkok, serving up a range of oh-so-French dishes and desserts in an incredibly ornate setting like something straight out of Paris.
French chef Fossiez Benoit helms the kitchen, rolling out both brand staples—omelet (B280-300), French toast (B350)—and his own specials. In keeping with the plush setting, appetizers like duck foie gras with mango and pistachio (B650) and mains including grilled beef with potato mash (B900) are all prettily plated.
Pastries like Mont Blanc (B290) and, of course, macarons (B120), plus house-branded tea (B280), also make this a real afternoon tea destination.
