Thanks to its arsenal of labels, Just A Drink Maybe drew gin enthusiasts to the backstreets of Thonglor for the better part of three years. Now, its upped sticks, bringing a new, more diverse menu to Sathorn’s office crowds in a sleek space a stone's throw from BTS Chong Nonsi. Open from 7am, the spacious blue-and-white venue serves breakfast-friendly avocado toast (B340) and spinach, cheese and mushroom croissants (B180), alongside heavier meals like fish and chips (B350) and wagyu ragu (B420).

Coffees (from B90) are joined by a short wine list (B270/1,100 for Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon; B300/1,400 for NZ Sauvignon), draft Hacklberg (B250/370) and an extensive cocktail menu, covering classics like the negroni (B330) as well as playful signatures. Order the Spring in Venus (gin, dry vermouth, passionfruit, raspberry, lemon, egg white, orange bitters; B360) or Planet of the Apes (rum, cocoa liqueur, Pimento Dram bitters, Curacao, lime, orgeat, pomelo; B360) and seek out the secret bar out back. In an unexpected twist, the meager three gins on the menu (from B180 for Tanqueray) are now far outweighed by whiskey (from B180 for Jameson to B345 for Laphroaig Islay Select Cask).
