Honmono Sushi (Siam Paragon)
Honmono is Bangkok’s sushi mecca, selling a wide range of high-quality fish flown in weekly from Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo. The sashimi platter is a must-try, featuring two types of tuna, salmon, octopus, surf clam, hamachi and more. It’s expensive, but the quality is great with enormous pieces of fish. Other recommended dishes include grilled razor clam in soy sauce and barbecued eel ”Dragon Roll.”
