Yet more sweets have arrived in town with the opening of new bakery Gute, whose partners are involved in cafés in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai. The place employs a mix of French, German and Japanese baking techniques to come up with delights like coeur des bois (a heart-shaped Bavana cream with raspberry puree filling, B100), chocolate banana (B42) and croissants (B22).
