Ghignoni
A gelato shop that's actually from Italy.
A gelato shop that's actually from Italy, Ghignoni is a real rarity in Bangkok. Established in 1981 by Palmiro Bruschi, who would later win the title of Italian Champion Ice Cream Maker in 1994, this was one of the first gelaterias in Tuscany's Upper Tiber Valley. The gelato is made fresh daily using traditional methods, boasting no coloring or preservatives in flavors like pistachio, ricotta, pineapple and orange chocolate.
