The new pop-up chocolate bar on the ground floor of Siam Discovery offers seriously good drinks and treats. Running through January next year, Mercedes Benz's Chocolate Bar is set up by the chef behind Amatissimo Caffe, Piriyarat Jirasinkitti. 

Here, he gathers some of the world's very best chocolates from names like Valrhona, Cacao Barry and Ghirardelli to make drinks like "Thick," (B180), a whipped cream-topped creamy hot chocolate, made using 100-percent single-origin chocolate; chocolate soda (orange-infused cold chocolate topped with soda, B150) and the photogenic hot frozen chocolate (liquid nitrogen-solidified melted dark chocolate with whipped cream, croissant chips and toppings, B180/B480). Do also try the marshmallow (B100) wrapped around chocolate ganache—an indulgent snack.  

The store also showcases a variety of chocolate bars and buttons which you can select and have added to the items of your choice.
