Boteya is a sub-brand of Osaka's big Botejyu group that serves up regional specialties from all across Japan.
Chefs whip up the likes of Osaka’s famous yakisoba (B270-290) and okosoba (yakisoba on okonomiyaki batter, B240-320), Hokkaido’s donabe karubi pork (rice bowl with grilled pork, B280) and Kyoto’s oyakodon (rice bowl with chicken and egg, B220).
