After making a splash with its pop-up at Siam Square One several months ago, Bakesmith has recently opened a permanent shop.

The team behind Pancake Cafe has developed their own version of uniquely crispy choux pastry made from French flour, butter and almond glaze, in a stick shape that makes it easy to hold and eat.

Inside each eight-inch-long stick is a fresh chilled cream filling in four flavors: Madagascar vanilla (B75), 64-percent chocolate (B75), strawberry cream cheese (B79) and mango (B79).
